Ohio state representative Kent Smith is promoting the Ohio Sounds tax incentive bill. If passed this bill will reward a 25% return to artists musicians and bands for their music production and recording costs. I have been working in this industry for 17 years and if there is one thing I have never heard during the process of making a record is a musician say, ” I have too much money, this project has been easy to fund!” This will be an incredible benefit to every artist that struggles to fund their project.
